Slovenian banks provide reasonable financing products for foregin citizens looking to buy real estate, whether it be to private indviduals or companies. Furthermore, there is no requirement to provide additional security other than a mortgage on the property being acquired.
Loan-to-value can be up to 60% and the mortgage term can be for up to 10 years. Financing rates vary depending on the type of the property, credit term and the bank, however, on average one can expect to receive an offer in the range of 5% + EUROBOR.
