Hunter's Manor

Situated on the border with Triglav National Park and in close proximity to ski resorts, Italy, Austria and hunting areas, this 19th Century manor was designed for use as a hunter's lodge. Built with a combination of stone and wood, it reflects the alpine charm of the surrounding landscape. Characteristically, it boasts high ceilings, original oak furniture, a majestic oak staircase and stone fireplace. The property requires a facelift, but on the whole is in excellent condition. It can be renovated and used as a private home, restaurant or boutique hotel. A design project for renovation as a hotel has already been completed and can be acquired with the property.
